From charming chapels to lively squares – CantaKerkrade offers a stage for singing at various locations in the heart of Kerkrade, all within walking distance. Here are some of the venues where you can enjoy beautiful performances:

• Markt (in front of and inside the old Town Hall)

With a rotating schedule, you can experience each choir at a different location and enjoy the unique atmosphere of every venue.

Each participating choir will have the opportunity to perform two or three times, depending on the total number of choirs. Choirs are entirely free to choose their repertoire. Each performance lasts a total of 45 minutes, with 30 minutes dedicated to singing and 15 minutes allocated for logistics and warm-up.

At CantaKerkrade, the focus is on joy and a shared love of music. The event ends with a festive gathering at the Markt in Kerkrade, where all choirs come together for a grand singing celebration. Everyone – including individual singers and enthusiastic spectators – is warmly invited to join in and enjoy the moment.

All performances are free to attend, ensuring that everyone can experience a day filled with music and harmony.
